Auto Technician

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Auto Technician to join our team. As an Auto Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal operating condition. Immediate start is available, and we offer good rates of pay. Additionally, there will be an on-call schedule where you will be required to be on call one week in every five.

Responsibilities:

• Perform vehicle inspections and diagnostic tests to identify issues
• Repair and replace parts as needed, including engines, brakes, suspension, and electrical systems
• Conduct regular maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks
• Ensure all repairs and maintenance are performed accurately and efficiently
• Keep detailed records of all work performed on vehicles
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and explaining repairs
• Stay updated on new automotive technologies and industry trends

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Auto Technician, with a strong understanding of automotive systems and repairs
• Certification from a recognized automotive program or equivalent work experience
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent attention to detail and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and customer service skills
