Terms and Conditions.
The auction is a silent one and no communication will be undertaken to the status of the bidding. The winning bidder is required to pay the deposit (10%) to a nominated account by close of business on the Monday following the close of the auction. The remaining amount will need to be paid by the Friday of that same week.

Auction Reserve Notice: We would like to bring to your attention that in the event that the reserve price for the TSL package mentioned above is not met during the auction, the auction will evolve into a separate sale for the TSL/Shares and the vehicle itself. This means that if the package reserve price is not reached, the TSL/Shares (NO VEHICLE) will be sold  at the winning bid (for the package). The vehicle will then be sold separately. We wanted to ensure that all participants are aware of this possibility and understand the potential outcome of the auction. Please note that there is a reserve price for both the TSL and shares, as well as a separate reserve price for the vehicle if they are not sold together.

 In this scenario the winning bid did not meet the reserve, so the winning bid will get just the TSL/Shares. The vehicle will be sold separately.
