Lost Property Form

If you’ve lost or misplaced something while travelling with Cairns Taxis you can submit an online request below.
To assist us with your enquiry please provide as much detail as possible regarding your lost item and your trip, for example the time, date, cab no. (if known) pick up address and destination. These details will help expedite our search for your lost item. Once we have located your item a Cairns Taxis team member will contact you to arrange collection.

Please note: our drivers are given 24 hours to hand lost items. All driver are instructed to deliver lost property to the police station at end of shift if unclaimed. Cairns Taxis will do their very best to reunite you with your lost items as quickly as possible.
